More Healthy with the Right Chair

Choosing a dining chair could not done carelessly. Though trivial, this could affect our bone structure. So, you need recognize the right seat so it would not disturbing your health.

During this time, we recognize a chair as a sitting facility. Whether for work, study, or eat. Anyway, its function to accommodate our activity while in a sitting position.

Did you know that the actual shape and size of the chair was designed related to certain activities? So, we can not choose any seat facility carelessly. The most important is not how it looks, but its function in accordance with our needs.

For dining, we recommend you choose a seat that equipped with straight backrest. Avoid also the the chair with too soft holder from a thick foam. Because, if too comfortable, our sitting position  become less good. In fact, it could be a bad influence because it would tend to bend our back. If this continues, the spine can actually curved.

In order to be safe and healthy, consider the ergonomic aspect. A good dining chair has an angle of  back seat and backrest between 50-10 degrees.  If you’r not sure with the angle, just try sitting on the chair before you buy it. If you can sit comfortably without affecting the body’s posture, it mean it is an ergonomic chair.

If you want safe, choose a chair that deliberately without the foam. For example, made of wood or plastic fiber. Although more hard, the important thing is healthy, is not it?
