This bookshelf is interesting design. Bookshelf usually divided into perpendicular lines, which form a box, but not for this bookshelf in this photo. If you take a look closer, you’ll know where its uniqueness.

That’s right! This bookcase consists of an asymmetrical line. Called asymmetric because it is not straight or oblique. The result, bookshelf looks like consisting of a row of the trapezoid with the position back and forth. As a rack, used short and thick wood. The height between the shelves were not the same between in one column and another.

It looks more attractive with the addition of lights in the rear. The lamps were placed in the back of each shelf. The appearance of shelves which asymmetrical combined with light, making this bookcase don’t seem stiff.

One more thing that makes it interesting, that blend of modern and oriental style. On the one hand, in terms of design and color, this bookcase in a modern style. On the other hand, the use of wood materials and the placement of the various displays, such as jars and jug porselain, create an oriental style bookcase appear.

Although different style, it would not look so strange. Instead it looks more unique and attractive. Placed in the library, could be one solution to reducing boredom and monoton looks.
